Q: How Do I Login To The Members Area?
A: When you purchased one of the Reiki Store Products, you should have been directed to a new member registration page where you created your membership account, consisting of a unique Username and Password. Those login details were sent to you via email, when you first created your membership account.
Please enter your Username and Password now, in the Login Form above to get instant access to the Reiki Home Study Course or Reiki Products or Services that you have purchased/subscribed to.
You may find it helps to check the Remember Me box so you do not need to login again next time you visit the Reiki Store Members Area.

Q: What If I Still Need More Help Resetting My Password?
To help protect your Privacy Our Membership Software System does NOT allow us access to see your Password; so we cannot tell you what your current password is. However, if you have tried everything else and still can’t login or reset your password, please contact us via email or the contact page and send us your new preferred password and we will reset it for you.
Please Note: You must choose a new Password that is at least 8 characters long with no spaces. Once you send us your new password we will reset it for you and then send you an email confirming it has been done for you. Please allow up to 24 hours for us to rest your new password.
If you have also forgotten your Registered Username and Email Address; please contact us via email or the contact page with your Full Name and Address and we will check it against our Membership List and if we can find your details we will forward them to you normally within 24 hours.
If we cannot find any record of you purchasing the RMT Home Study Course you will need to provide us with your Clickbank Receipt number so we can check with Clickbank to confirm you have purchased the course. Please allow up to 48 hours for us to complete this task.
