Playing Reiki Music during your Reiki Healing Sessions is a great way to help set the scene and create the right ambience in your reiki healing room. Reiki on its own, will of course relax your client and allow them to drift into a deeper state of peaceful relaxation.

However, adding the right type of Reiki Music, that relaxes both yourself and your client and helps you to focus on becoming the channel for Reiki to flow through you, without the need to be constantly thinking about is it time to move onto the next reiki hand position is really helpful. Especially when you first start practicing Reiki, and you have not yet fully developed your intuition, and find that following the three to five minutes per hand position format, really useful as it can help you to stay focused and make the session run smoothly, which of course will inevitably help to build your own confidence in your ability as a Reiki Practitioner.

Personally, when we first started practicing Reiki back in 1995, there wasn’t really a lot of choice when it came to finding Reiki Music with the three or five-minute bell or chime built into the music track. It was also quite difficult to find a shop that stocked Reiki Music, and in most cases, you needed to seek out a Specialist Healing Centre or New Age Store.

Thankfully today that has all changed and if you have a computer or smart mobile device you can connect to YouTube, Amazon and Spotify where you will discover that it is now really simple and easy to get access to either Free Reiki Music that you can stream during your Reiki Healing Session, or purchase as a CD or Tape or MP3 music file.

Follow this 3-Step process to finding the right Reiki Music for you and your reiki clients:

Step 1: Open up YouTube in your browser or app, and in the search bar type in “reiki music 3 minutes bell” or “reiki music 5 minutes bell”.

Make sure to put the Search term in quotation marks, so you narrow the search to only videos that contain the search term “reiki music 3 minutes bell” or “reiki music 5 minutes bell”.

I was able to find 127,000 videos on YouTube using the Search Term “reiki music 3 minutes bell” and 55.840 videos using the search term “reiki music 5 minutes bell”.

Although you cannot download these videos to your computer or mobile device, you could make up a playlist on YouTube of your favorites and stream the music through your computer, mobile device or even a smart device.

Step 2: Another great option for finding Reiki Music is Spotify. With Spotify you can stream or save music into a playlist and play it back even when you are offline, not connected to your WIFI.

If you already have a Spotify account, you can open up Spotify on the Spotify App on your Smartphone or Mobile Device or you can also open the Spotify web player in a browser and once again search for “reiki music 3 minutes bell” or “reiki music 5 minutes bell”.

You will find quite a few tracks you can use in your Reiki Healing session, or you can even play someone else’s Reiki Music playlist if you like it to save time.

Step 3: Once you have found the music you like and want to use in your Reiki Healing Sessions using Step 1 and Step 2; you can always buy the Track on CD or Tape via Amazon or even eBay. Checking first if the music resonates with you using Step 1 and Step 2 is a great way of ensuring you do not waste money buying CD’s or Tapes that you may not like.

So, in summary, finding Reiki Music with a 3 or 5 Minute Bell or Chime is really easy to do. In fact, you can have large playlists of Reiki Music available at a touch of a button, so you never get bored listening to the same track several times a day.
